All items are made to order and personalized, which means I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your personalization details (names, initials, colors, etc.) before placing your order.

Once an item has shipped, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs in transit. If there is an error on my end or your item arrives damaged due to production, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will make it right.
